"Red Dead Redemption 2" is rumored to be attending the PlayStation Experience 2016. And Rockstar Games could just use that event to make a big announcement, say make the game available to PC and Nintendo Switch.

The Bitbag reports that there's a big possibility that Rockstar could make "Red Dead Redemption 2" a surprise guest at the PlayStation Experience 2016 on December 3 and 4 at Anaheim, California. Sony and Rockstar have had a great partnership, with Sony even saying that PlayStation 4 owners would the first ones to play the much-awaited game when it launches in 2017.

There are still three to-be-announced hour-long slots in PlayStation Experience and one of them could be for "Red Dead Redemption 2." Rockstar, who has a timed exclusivity deal with Sony, also confirmed last week that they will be in Anaheim.

But what would the developers of "Red Dead Redemption 2" be doing at PlayStation Experience 2016, considering the official trailer of the game had already been released? One possible reason is that they would go there to make an announcement, particularly about the game's availability in PC and Nintendo Switch.

When "Red Dead Redemption 2's" official trailer came out, it mentioned that the game would be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. But Fab Newz reports that the game could also become available to PC and Nintendo Switch.

"Red Dead Redemption" wasn't made available to Windows devices, but the second installment might be, considering that there's already a petition about it in Change.org. Players and fans of the game who had been waiting for it to arrive in PC and Nintendo consoles made the petition.

And with the petition already garnering 43,000 signatures, it's likely that Rockstar would yield to the request. Putting the game in PC won't hurt the developer as "GTA 5" sold almost 2 million copies of its PC version.

Of course, nothing is certain at this point. With PlayStation Experience 2016 just around the corner, players and fans will soon know if "Red Dead Redemption 2" will be there. And if they are, PC and owners and Nintendo Switch fanatics will be hoping to hear the game will be made available to their devices.
