'Gintama' 2017 Confirmed News & Updates: New Season Airs On January!

The earlier issue of Weekly ShÅnen Jump has given hints for the "Gintama" new season. The mentioned release of the "Gintama" Series was announced in the 43rd issue of Weekly ShÅnen Jump, it has also revealed the title of the new season as "Gintama Shinsaku".
The original manga version of "Gintama" made by Sorachi Hideaki has teased a climax for the upcoming season episodic storytelling. According to Crunchyroll the series was last adapted from Spring 2015 until Winter 2016 of the "Gintama" Saga, complaints were mentioned in the previous seasons have been stated. This may have been caused by rerunning the old seasons over and over again.
The ReaL band will be covering the opening theme Kagerou of the "Gintama" Series, as for the ending theme Silver it will be covered by RIZE. Both are rock bands in Japan, the RIZE rock band is under Warner Music Japan while ReaL is under SME Records.
The official release for the "Gintama" new season will be on January 9th of 2017, it is possible that the upcoming season will be simulcast on Crunchyroll due to previous seasons airing. Further updates about the broadcast schedule and more details about the season will be announced by the Weekly ShÅnen Jump as reported by Hummingbird.
So far there are no announcements made by TV-Tokyo. Some information regarding the "Gintama" new season may be released earlier this December since the season will be airing on January; it is likely to be announced earlier in Japan than most of the other countries.
In some related reports just recently an announcement was made for a live-action film adaptation for the "Gintama" Series, it has been reported that its filming has just finished early in September and is set to be released in 2017. Is it possible that the live-action film is somehow connected to the new "Gintama" season?
