It's looking like the movie "Wolverine 3: Logan" would be the best film in the series. Hugh Jackman revealed a major plot point of his latest (last?) Wolverine movie. Jackman stated that the adamantium-reinforced mutant is struggling with his morality and having issues about leaving a legacy.

Fans couldn't have asked for a better cinematic send-off to a movie series that would see Hugh Jackman hanging up his claws. The Wired postulates that Jackman's swan song as the Wolverine could end up being his best Wolverine movie "considering how over-used" the character have been in previous Marvel X-men movies.

To date, Hugh Jackman has played the character Wolverine a total of 8 times and it is still surprising that fans continue to crave for the clawed vagabond to appear in films. So what makes "Wolverine 3: Logan" different from the other X-men or Wolverine films? It seems that Wolverine's ability to heal at an astounding rate is finally leaving him.

According to Empire Online , director James Mangold said that their goal was to "make something human." Thus, the "Wolverine 3: Logan" will focus on how the most iconic mutant will cope when his quick-healing ability starts to desert him. That said, faced with something he can't just defeat by his adamantium claws and brute force, Wolverine dives into a more humane situation.

According to Hugh Jackman, the story act of "Wolverine 3: Logan" will focus on Wolverine's story as a man "struggling with mortality and legacy." Jackman further said that Wolverine's struggles left the mutant questioning if the world "has been better off with him or without him."

How's that for philosophical conundrum? And how's that for a plot leak? That's the story right there and then. Speaking of leaks, James Mangold shared on Twitter a photo of the screenplay of the movie "Wolverine 3: Logan."

Fans following the Marvel canon have to admit that it is difficult, possibly improbable, to use morality, legacy, and Wolverine in the same sentence. But if that is where the story arc of "Wolverine 3: Logan" would revolve around, then fans are in for a treat. And then those fans would end up clamouring for a Hugh Jackman encore not long after. "Wolverine 3: Logan" will hit the theatres on March 2017.
