Hulk Hogan was defeated by Rob Ford in a friendly arm-wrestling match on Friday. Entering the room to the tune of Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger", the Toronto mayor rolled up his sleeves and untucked his shirt to prepare for his face off with the wrestling legend.

Not to be outdone, Hulk Hogan, dressed in a classic red T-shirt with his trademark bandana, also rolled up his sleeve and positioned himself for the fight.

The wrestling pro jokingly said that he would want to take the mayor's job but changed his mind after losing the match.

During the spirited arm-wrestling duel, both Hogan and Ford are exchanging witty smack talk.

Hulk Hogan seemed to be ready with all his lines as he said to Ford, ""Oh brother, you know something? Not only am I going to rip this arm off, I'm going to take your job while I'm at it, brother. Mayor Hogan"

The mayor, with a grin on his face, answered "I own this town man!" clasping the edge of the table and mustering all his might to defeat the wrestling icon.

After the match, Hogan said that the mayor might be more successful being a wrestling, giving him a wrestling stage name, "The Fantastic Ford".

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, appeared on the Fan Expo's kick off event where the said arm-wrestling match took place. Afterwards, the 60-year old star sat down for an "uncensored" question and answer with his fans and members of the media.

Rob Ford later shared that Hulk Hogan served as his idol and hero during his childhood. The experience of beating him in a friendly match is "priceless."

This publicity stunt is considered by many as a healthy reprieve for the Canadian mayor, as he have endured drug allegations during the recent months.
