When confronted with a sex rumor, James usually denies it. This is exactly what he did in the last episode of "Vanderpump Rules" but it did not work out well because the sex affair alleged by a co-employee was accompanied by incriminating photos.

Elsewhere in the story, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz toured Lake Tahoe as a possible venue for their wedding. Katie was so excited about the place and Tom let her handle the details of the planned nuptial.

As described by US Weekly, it turned out that Katie's choice on the decorations and embellishments could reach $24,000 dollars.  Tom had budgeted only $15,000 for the entire cost of the wedding.

They had an altercation when they went back to L.A. and accompanied boss Lisa who was car shopping. Tom joked about using the money for their wedding to buy a car, implying that they postpone the wedding. Katie did not take kindly to the joke and was furious.

Sensing the tension, Lisa advised the couple to fix their bruised relationship before the wedding. Tom clarified that he had no qualms about getting married.  "I'm not getting cold feet," Tom said. "They're a little chilly, but they're not cold."

James met newly hired employees Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix and told them about his getting fired by Lisa. Both were irked by what Liza did and sympathized with James' predicament.

Moreover, James related that before he was fired, his girl friend Raquel Leviss heard about rumors about his sexual indiscretion in the restaurant. He said he denied the rumors but someone came out with pictures that proved the rumors.

According to Celebrity News Insider, another issue that Lisa wanted resolved was the suspicious life style Lala Kent has been living. She recently bought a luxury car that she could not possibly afford with her salary as a hostess.

Lisa suspected that Lala must have a rich, married boyfriend who financed the car purchase. When Lisa asked her about the affair, she denied it in the typical manner of handling rumors in "Vanderpump Rules."
