The new Nintendo Switch console launching next March has secret new features that fans uncovered before the release date.

Gamers are to expect more than just a hybrid console because comments suggest that the upcoming Nintendo Switch will feature motion controls, similar to the Nintendo Wii, additional games and an unexpected involvement of a Software produced action role-playing game when it launches next year.

A "very interesting device" commented GameStop CEO Paul Raines on the Nintendo console. Raines said that he think it has tremendous potential as a game-changer. He also said that gamers would have to wait and see. Like everything else in this industry, the consumers will vote with their dollars.

According to FYI Blog. some secret features include the following:

Motion Control Feature?

"The Switch is a very interesting device," he said. "A movement-related game is more fun for kids, you know, taking those [Joy-con controllers off] and then the master controller, you can really do a lot of interesting things with that in gameplay."

The stated comment by the CEO on IGN then made the fans speculated the motion feature of the long-awaited console.

Gamecube on the Nintendo console

Nintendo is currently working on bringing Gamecube versions of games like "Animal Crossing," "0Super Mario Sunshine," "Luigi's Mansion" and "Super Smash Bros." to the Switch's Virtual Console according to recent reports.

More games by THQ

It was revealed earlier this week that THQ was planning to include three additional games for the console.

THQ Nordic has acquired the rights to Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy, as well as turn-based strategy games "War Leaders: Clash of Nations" and "Legends of War."

Speculations also include the Nintendo Switch ports of Stardew Valley, as well as Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ release.

Dark Souls Trilogy included?

The most exciting news would be that the Dark Souls trilogy might be coming to the Nintendo Switch. From Software reportedly has "Dark Souls 3" port greenlit on the console, but will only be confirmed if the Nintendo Switch sells well at launch.

In terms of the Nintendo Switch price, the new console is said to cost around US$249.99, Rs 17,000 in India and 199.99 pounds in the UK, according to Gadgets NDTV.

Nintendo has already confirmed a March 2017 release for the Nintendo Switch. Nintendo said that it would announce the Nintendo Switch official price, games list and release date in Tokyo on a special event taking place on Jan. 13. So fans won’t have to fear a delay release date.
