Demi Lovato’s First Nomination in the 59th Grammy Awards; Will She Win The Award Against Ariana Grande, Justin Beiber, Sia, And Adele?

American singer, songwriter and actress Demi Lovato has finally landed in the Grammy award nominees. She is the voice behind the hit songs Skyscraper, Give Your Heart A Break, Heart Attack, Stone Cold and a lot more.

Lovato has won a lot of awards in the past including MTV Video Music Awards, thirteen Teen Choice Awards, five People's Choice Awards, ALMA Award, and a Billboard Touring Award. Despite of the bunch of trophies she received, just like any other singer-performer she also dreamt of being in list of Grammy nominees. Grammy Award originally known as Gramophone Awards is a recognition given by Recording Academy to honor outstanding achievements in the music and arts industry.

According to Dailymail, Demi Lovato celebrated her first ever Grammy nomination in Beverly Hills, New York on December 7. The singer-actress, revealed her happiness and gratitude on Twitter expressing that she will never forget the day when her first Grammy Nomination (December 6) was announced and that her most awaited moment and most desired dream came true. She also revealed that she cannot believe that her album landed the list of nominees. Being nominated alongside with Ariana Grande, Justin Beiber, Sia, and Adele , Lovato is truly overwhelmed.

Teenvogue also reported that Lovato's closest friends send their congratulatory message though twitter including her ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, her best friend Nick Jonas, and Disney friend Bella Thorne. Lovato's work , Confident, was nominated for 'Best Pop Vocal Album' . Confident was released on October 16, 2015 and received great reviews from music critics. The album debuted number two on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of approximately 100,000 copies and was certified gold by RIAA and has sold almost 210,000 copies in the United States.

During the Grammy Awards 2016 performance night, Lovato actually took part in Lionel Richie tribute singing the artist's hit song 'Hello' showing her best vocals.
