"The Walking Dead" Season 7 fall finale, titled "Hearts Still Beating," is aiming to be the episode fans have been craving for. The midseason finale is just hours away from being aired this Sunday night on AMC. You can also watch "The Walking Dead" online on the official website.

It has been a mixed bag of feelings for Season 7 as some fans were disappointed with the story's development as per Spoiler TV. But fret not for Season 7 Episode 8 is ready to turn around the negative commotion about the season.

AMC's marketing is full steam ahead. They want to show in this season's fall finale what made "The Walking Dead" a great show

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 Episode 8 will pick up from the last episode and will focus with Negan, acted by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and the Alexandria Safe Zone. The official synopsis reads as, "Negan's unwelcome visit to Alexandria continues as other members scavenge for supplies; things quickly spin out of control."

A report from Inquisitr revealed that this season's fall finale Norman Reedus' Daryl, will finally escape from The Sanctuary. Moreover, in able to do so he will have to kill unlucky Fat Joey, played by Joshua Hoover.

Additionally, accounts also mention another death that will be carried out by Christian Serratos' Rosita. She will try to kill Negan using the bullet she made; however, Rosita's poor aim will hit Lucille instead. This will lead to Negan ordering the death of Olivia, acted by Ann Mahoney.

Lastly, Eugene, portrayed by Josh McDermitt, will also be captured as Negan is notified that Eugene was involved in making of the bullet.
