Kirk Douglas, a long-time friend of Zsa Zsa Gabor has expressed his sadness over the passing of the "wonderful and beautiful" actress. He himself bedridden at 100 years of age, the father of Michael Douglas has fond memories of the late starlet. He was able to give the message through his caregiver at his house in Los Angeles.

Kirk was planning to attend a big birthday celebration for Zsa Zsa should she reached her 100th birthday this month. However, that plan will no longer happen. The big blowout supposed to be organized by Zsa Zsa's husband, Frederick Von Anhalt and Kirk was one of those who confirmed his attendance. Kirk's wife Diana died in 2015, as reported in Jobs & Hire.

Other big names that the starlet wishes to see should she was given more time includes the Governor of California and Queen Elizabeth of England. The starlet was a friend of Prince Philip, the Queen's husband. The queen did not confirm her attendance yet.

On the other side of the story, is it true that the ghost of Queen Diana is hunting Zsa Zsa on her deathbed? Radaronline runs a story that the Princess of Hearts would visit Gabor on her deathbed through an apparition.

An insider from the gossip website said that the late princess would visit Zsa Zsa on her dreams or would show herself sitting on furniture near the actress's bed. This made Zsa Zsa paranoid and has expressed her desire for her husband to get rid of the chair. She became guilty of taking the furniture and wished to take out of their house.

Zsa Zsa passed away from a heart attack. Her health started to decline after a car accident in 2002. She was since confined to a wheelchair. She had a stroke during 2005 and 2007. In 2011, she got infected with gangrene which necessitates her legs be amputated. After that, she would spend her life mostly in bed, being fed with ice cream and chicken soup via feeding tube.

Her husband Frederic stood by her until her final hours. He recalled that his wife would still squeeze his hands and kiss him even when she is already very frail.
