The big win of the New England Patriots was considered as the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history. Through Tom Brady’s outstanding leadership, he was able to help boost his team up and earned a stunning 34-28 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. Undoubtedly, Brady is the greatest quarterback ever.

According to INC, Brady showed leadership skills that are very beneficial in order to become a great leader. First of all, Brady is an ideal role model. He is a hard worker, self-critical, accountable and most of all, shows passion and excitement in what he is doing. Brady’s teammates see him as someone that they can look up to.

Being considered as the greatest quarterback of all time is such a huge acknowledgment for Brady. Brady believes in himself and what he is capable of doing is an admirable trait that every leader should have. There may be other critics that say his career is already declining due to his age and other factors but Brady did not let that get in the way. He has self-belief and that matters a lot in order for his team to believe in him as well.

No matter how difficult and challenging the situation is, he kept his cool and focused on his goal. And that is to win the game. It is important that as a leader you have to keep your composure in order to make sure that your team is on the right track. Never panic!

And most of all, Brady never gave up. As a great leader, you have to keep on pushing. In this way, you will be able to encourage your team to strive harder and achieve greater excellence.

Daily Star shared that LeGarrette Blount told Brady after the big win that he is indeed the “greatest ever.” “He’s the best. It’s not even a debate. He’s the leader, the general, the best ever and that is the end of the story. But his story will go on,” says Blount.

Meanwhile, Jobs & Hire reported that during the 51st Super Bowl last Sunday, Audi’s ad was highly praised because of its gender pay equality theme.
