Fusion Medical Staffing Gets Best Office Culture Recognition Despite Humble Beginnings

Fusion Medical Staffing was not created in a high-rise tower with an endless supply of cash. However, it managed to be one of the companies that have secured the recognition of having the best office culture.
As reported by Entrepreneur, founders Scott Wehner and Sam Wageman quit their high-paying jobs to start Fusion Medical Staffing. It must have been a difficult decision to do, especially since they have to let go of their high-paying jobs in order to create a company, but the Wehner and Wageman persevered.
Unlike other companies, the initial goal of Wehner and Wageman in creating Fusion Medical Staffing is not profits. The two want to create a company that will treat its employees well, unlike the previous companies they work for.
In a world where earning money is of utmost priority, thinking about the plight of the staff is a luxury that most companies decide they cannot afford. In creating Fusion Medical Staffing, Wehner and Wageman did not forget their initial goal and worked hard to inspire their employees to continue to grow.
While hiring competent workers is a must for Fusion Medical Staffing, it also considers the willingness of the job seeker to help others grow. Wageman said ensuring that employees are happy and contented with their jobs helped Fusion Medical Staffing thrive. The culture that fosters camaraderie and cooperation has helped it become one of the companies recognized as having high-performing culture, according to PR Newswire.
Fusion Medical Staffing won the best office culture recognition for medium businesses or those that have 50 to 100 employees. The company that won the recognition in the small business category is Belay. Tuft & Needle took home the recognition in the large businesses category.
