President Donald Trump has reportedly urged for a repealing vote from the House of Representatives to modify certain sections of the ACA on Friday. Republican members were not able to gather enough votes for the GOP bill in the House due to lack of support from the opposition.

CNBC cited that Mich Mulvaney, the Director at Office of Management and Budget, had stated of Trump's negotiations on the proposal to be completed during the session at the Republican House. Mulvaney further noted that Trump, if not able to get enough votes on the proposal, will leave the ACA aka Obamacare and shift to other matters of priority.

In concern with the matter, House Speaker Paul Ryan stated at the Republican meeting that he promises the American citizens to repeal or replace the collapsing law. However, it is still tentative whether the Friday voting session will be in favor of the Republicans or not. Session members like chairman Mark Meadows, are still not supporting the repeal.

According to CNBC, a senior GOP member noted that the House floor vote caucus is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday. President Trump had reportedly tried to persuade the conservative group at the House Freedom session to pass the plan. For now, the conservative members have not supported the plan claiming that it is still not enough to repeal the ACA.

Trump and the Republican leaders have been reportedly trying to repeal the health care act since the former became President. However, the party faces an opposing situation as they are unable to get the minimum votes to facilitate their scheme. According to the Republicans, the current GOP plan is not fit to offer the American people with proper health care insurance schemes, reported USA Today. So, the necessary plan has been proposed, which requires votes at the House from both the parties.
