Top Three Microsoft Holder Call for Bill Gate to Step Down As A Board Member

New York- Three among the twenty stock shares of Microsoft Corp group holders wants Bill Gates to resign from his position as chairman of the board.

Bill Gates co- founded Microsoft 38 years ago, and considered as one of the most influential public figure in the history.

However, three board member such as Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer, who claims of working under pressure just to improve the company, says that Bill Gates needs to pass his position to someone who is capable of doing the job. "I know he is considered as the man behind Microsoft but, I guess it's time to find someone who is more capable of doing the job", he said in his press release statement.

The three investors wants Gate out in the company, as they are afraid that he will be a hindrance in imposing new strategic plans to improve the company.

While Ballmer stand firm on his belief however, other board member have no intention of pulling their support to Bill Gates. "We do not want to add further problems and other issue that will consume our time, as we are satisfied with how Bill Gates manage the company", one board member commented on the sand issue. He added that instead of creating another negative issue that may ruin the company; they will just focus on reaching their goals instead.

The said three board members own five percent of the overall company stock. The media failed to recognize the said two other investors, as they wanted to remain their identity private, as the said discussion is considered as a private company meeting.

On the other hand, Gates own almost 4.5% of the overall share, with a $277 billion, which makes him as the largest share holder in the company.

As of the moment, Microsoft Inc. spokesperson have not release an official statement with regards to the said issue.
