Arizona University Says Banning Facebook In Work Is Stupid

Arizona- Millions of users make Facebook as an outlet for negative emotions, hence it is utilize even during hours. However, majority of company employer would agree that, subordinates spending time in the social media during office hours lessen the number of hours that an employee is supposed to complete with, usually eight hours.

 However, a recent study says that working eight hours straight without a pause can leave the employee stressful and burn out; hence it is necessary to have a break.

Majority of the company owner will agree that staff should not open any social media website while on work, as they are paid according to the number of hours. But, a recent study suggest that it is not advisable to work eight hours straight, as this may cause stress and will make them burn out at work. "I worked for eight hours, facing on my laptop the whole time, but I open some social media site such as Facebook just to refresh my mind", Kate, an office worker said.

A recent study conducted by Arizona University says that, having a glimpse on any social media website while at work relaxes the mind. "Angelo Kinicki", School of Business Professor in Arizona University.  Kinicki, who is behind the study of the so called "The Effect Of Social Media On Working People "added that, the human mind's concentration could not bear an eight hour straight of work.

Facebook, personal emails and talking among co-worker while having a coffee are said to lessen pressure and stress in work.

Aside from the fact that Facebook decreases pressure brought about by a job, it is also not healthy to ban it at work because it could alienate the younger employee, which are oriented on the use of social media.
