A lawsuit from University of Texas against actor Ryan O' Neal over an Andy Warhol painting of his old love Charile's Angel Farrah Fawcett, will take place on a trial with co-star Jaclyn Smith and Fawcett son Redmon O'Neal as witnesses, on Wednesday.

In 1980, Warhol painted a silk-screen pop art style portrait of Fawcett. When she died, she left her art heritage to the University of Texas which she was a student.

Later, Texas University learned O'Neal had one more painting at home in Malibu, suing him, NY Post reported.

"He countersued, saying that a signed sketch that Warhol did on a cloth napkin when the three of them were at dinner one night had wrongly ended up in the university's Blanton Museum of Art," NY Post informed.

The trial is expected to last two weeks as jury will try clear the relationship O'Neal had with Farrah and decide whether O'Neal has the right to keep the painting.
