A Philadelphia judge charged a man with "reckless endangerment" for driving his car down the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps, best known as "Rocky steps" and made famous by the American boxer movie "Rocky".
According to Emin Faki, the reckless driver, his brakes failed and he wasn't able to stop the BMW car he was driving on Oct. 24.
A judge, who released Faki with the condition of staying away from the museum during the trial period, ordered Faki to show in court for a preliminary hearing on Dec. 8.
The stunt was recorded by passers-by who posted the video online.
