According to a new toxicology report, actress Brittany Murphy cause of death may have been "rat poison".
On December 20, 2009, Murphy's mother found her dead body at home as authorities concluded her death was due to pneumonia and anemia, same causes her husband Simon Monjack died from five months later.
Angelo Bertolotti, father of Murphy, ordered an independent report in which Carslon Company found the heavy metals in Brittany's system, several times higher than World Health Organization high levels at the time of her death.
"If we were to eliminate the possibility of a simultaneous accidental heavy metals exposure to the sample donor then the only logical explanation would be an exposure to these metals (toxins) administered by a third party perpetrator with likely criminal intent," the report said.
The recent discoveries point both, Brittany and her husband, may have been poisoned by a third party. At the time of her death, Brittany was "ridiculed" by media like The Hollywood Reporter spreading vicious rumors about anorexia and drugs on Brittany's reputation.
