Amber Portwood is still a hot mama after serving 17 months of the five year prison bid.
Us Weekly reported that the former "Teen Mom" star was released from Rockville Correctional Facility Monday after only serving about a year and a half of her original sentence.
"Congratulations sis. I am so happy that you are finally being released," Portwood's brother Shawn tweeted Sept. 24. "You did everything you needed to do to get out long before 5 years."
The 23-year-old reality TV star was sentenced to five years at the Indiana facility in June 2012. She was arrested on drug possession charges in December 2011 after having other reported criminal instances.
Amber Portwood is out of prison and adjusting to the outside life, which means shedding the weight she picked up while incarcerated.

Months before her drug-related arrest she was reportedly in rehab at Seasons Recovery Center in Malibu, California, and was said to have tried to commit suicide around that time. Because she opted to take jail time over the completion of her court-ordered rehab and probation violations, Amber Portwood was locked up.
The mother of 4-year-old Leah with ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley was also charged with domestic violence in November 2010 with reports of abusing her daughter's father.
She was released at 11 a.m. on November 4th after serving only 17 months - reportedly due to good behavior, time served and the completion of two prison courses, according to reports.
But first on Amber Portwood's agenda was going to "get something good to eat," TMZ reported.
This should be a fresh start once again for Amber Portwood after serving 17 months in prison and a new start with her daughter Leah. Although, we can't really miss to notice that she is still a hot mama after all these time.
