According to official estimate, about 10,000 people have been infected with the Ebola virus and nearlly 5,000 have lost their lives to the scourge.

The sexy Ebola nurse costume gaffe comes in the wake of a scandal involving a London West End pub, which was allegedly scheduled to stage an event named 'Ebola Saturday Night Fever.' The Scotch of St James has been forced to change the name of the event and render a public apology after it was accused of trivialising the Ebola crisis.

Pundits say the sexy Ebola nurse costume is just another one on a long list of inappropriate Halloween outfits that have hit the market in the past decade.
