The oldest cheerleader was charged with rape after police an unidentified 15 years old boy lodged complaints with the police. The minor reportedly told Delaware officials that he and Shattuck began their incongruous relationship near Baltimore.

The teenager also alleged that over Labor Day weekend, he had sexual relations with the oldest cheerleader at a vacation home in Bethany Beach.

The fitness consultant and oldest cheerleader is charged with a Class B felony. If guilty she could face up to 25 years in prison.

The headmaster of the McDonogh School In Owings Mills where the teen who was raped attends has issued a statement.

The school's head Charlie Brittion said on Sep. 24th he reported the case to the police after being informed of the inappropriate relationship.

"While I was instructed by the police not to communicate with you until now because of the criminal investigation, I want you to know that the parent has been prohibited from entering McDonogh's campus and additional security measures have been in place to assure the safety of students since the incident was reported," Brittion said.

Shattuck, the oldest cheerleader in the history of the NFL, was 38 years old when she was selected by the Ravens. After cheering for two years, she was given a new role as a part time coach, where she served for about six years.
