After giving birth to Rose Dorothy two months ago, Scarlett Johansson flaunted her remarkably slim figure as she graced the Second Annual Champions of Rockaway Hurricane Sandy Benefit on Tuesday, Nov. 18 in New York City. Instead of her fiancé, Johansson was accompanied by her incredibly hot twin brother, Hunter as her special date when she walked on the event's red carpet.
The twin siblings, Scarlett Johansson and Hunter, turned heads at the event. Scarlett wore a black and blue Proenza Schouler dress, cinched to reveal her slim waist. She also had a metallic Reece Hudson clutch and a pair of Sophia Webster heels to complete her chic outfit, While Hunter was clad in a tailored black suit and skinny patterned tie. Both siblings looked sophisticated and stylish at the event.
Scarlett Johansson revealed that she and her twin brother were both raised in New York and said the city was close to both of their hearts, as reported by Us Weekly.
"Hunter and I were here in New York-we were 15 years old when September 11 happened, and that was pretty shocking," Scarlett Johansson said at the benefit. "We thought the city that we grew up in was rock solid, and it shook the foundation of the city-for very different reasons obviously."
"Seeing the city shaken once more [by Hurricane Sandy]; it was totally totally shocking for the people that were living here," she added. "Two years later, people are feeling huge effects of this devastating loss."
The benefit that Scarlett Johansson attended along with her twin brother, Hunter, was held to honor community members whose effects helped rebuild homes in Rockaway, Queens and Breezy Point in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. According to The Daily Mail, the deadly storm caused $65 billion of damage when it hit America at the end of October 2012.
"Proceeds from the event will support Giants of Generosity and Friends of Rockaway organizations who have been tirelessly working to rebuild homes for more than 200 families who are still awaiting help and living in unsafe conditions," Examiner stated.
Scarlett Johansson's appearance at the event marks her plans for a Hollywood comeback.
Scarlett is three minutes older than her twin brother. E! News said the actress has brought Hunter with her to several events in the past. The two have three siblings: Vanessa, Adrian, and half-brother Christian. The twins also had a younger adopted sister, Fenan Sloan.
