Design and Build
For Xperia Z3, Sony chose the classic style. The device is square-shaped with mounted buttons and rounded sides. The device is combination of glass and aluminum with nylon corners that could prevent damage when the phone is dropped. Xperia Z3 has a dust and waterproof design, which means that the device can be submerged in 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes.
iPhone 6 has a unique look compared to previous models. It has rounded edges from the metal to the glass cover. The phone is also flat and thin, which makes it very handy.

iPhone 6 comes with an 8 megapixel rear camera, and 2.1 megapixel front facing camera while the Z3 uses a 20.7 megapixel rear camera with a 2.2 megapixel front facing camera. In this round, the Sony gadget easily tops the battle. Apple has featured a slow-mo video and Burst mode but Sony offered a video shoot up to 4K quality, Digital Trends reported.
Specs
The processing power is important. Xperia Z3 has quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor at 2.5GHz and paired with 3GB of RAM. iPhone 6 has an Apple A8 processor but this is only a dual-core chip running at 1.4 GHz with only 1GB RAM.
The Xperia phone is more powerful than the iPhone but both are reliably fast devices. Xperia Z3 is very good for high-end gaming as well.
Storage
Users can add a MicroSD card up to 128GB to Xperia Z3. For iPhone 6 users, extra storage is not allowed by Apple since they believe it may damage the phone's performance.
Battery
Xperia Z3 can be used up to 16 hours of talking on the phone, 130 hours of listening to music and 10 hours of watching videos. The iPhone 6 offers 14 hours of talk time, 10 hours of Internet use, and 11 hours of video playback. The buyer must choose depending on the activity they mostly enjoy.
