Bill Clinton Grandfather: Ex-President Gushes Over Newly Born Granddaughter Charlotte On Late Night With Seth Meyers

Bill Clinton Granddaughter - Former President Bill Clinton could not contain his joy when he conversed with Seth Meyers about his newly born granddaughter Charlotte.

Bill Clinton, 68, was making an appearance on the Late Night with Seth Meyers show when the comedian asked about how the former Head of States is coping as a grandfather.

"I love it," Bill Clinton said. "Like every other grandfather, I think my granddaughter's the greatest thing since sliced bread."

Bill revealed that he and Hilary Clinton are able to see Charlotte frequently because her parents also live in New York. In 2013, Chelsea and her husband Marc Mezvinsky made headlines after they purchased a $10 apartment building in Madison Avenue.

Chelsea, 34, is the only child of Bill and Hilary Clinton. After she delivered her first child Charlotte in Sept. last year, the Clintons released a statement saying they were "blessed, grateful and so happy to be grandparents."

Bill Clinton told Seth Meyers that Chelsea has generally welcomed him and Hilary's extravagant interest in little Charlotte. "So far my daughter has not had to discipline [Charlotte's] overly exuberant grandparents too much," he said.

It is unclear if Hilary Clinton will attempt to win the Democrat ticket once more for the presidential elections. Bill Clinton failed to provide any clues about this during his appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Instead, the former president had a lot to say about the recent terrorist attacks in France and what needs to be done.

Bill Clinton, who retired in 2001, has continued to be in the public eye. Later in the month, Bill Clinton and his daughter Chelsea will be hosting Clinton Foundation's annual Health Matters Activation Summit in La Quinta, California.
