Marvel's "Agent Carter" Season 1 Episode 8 Spoilers - There's only one last episode left before "Agent Carter" wraps up its first season. As the penultimate episode left a quite interesting and unexpected ending that sparked social media reactions, the finale might also leave Marvel fans in shock over some explosive twists.
With a summarized season of only eight episodes, Marvel's "Agent Carter" will finally conclude as "Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D" is set to make its comeback from its winter hiatus on March 3 with the episode, "Aftershocks." But what is in store for Marvel's "Agent Carter" Season 1 Episode 8?
Last Tuesday's episode has quite a startling end. According to Ecumenical News, not everyone in Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR) made it out alive. And Marvel fans were shocked over Chief Dooley's (Shea Whigham) sudden death.
As Peggy (Hayley Atwell) was interrogated by her SSR colleagues, it was also revealed that Ivchenko (Ralph Brown) was in fact Marvel's super villain and Captain America's enemy, Dr. Fennhoff aka Doctor Faustus, who is known for mind-controlling abilities.
Peggy caught Faustus sending coded messages to Black Widow Dottie (Bridget Regan) after he placed Dooley under his control to take one of Howard Stark's (Dominic Cooper) inventions, Entertainment Weekly reported. While Marvel's super villain managed to escape, it resulted to Dooley sacrificing his life by jumping out of the window to protect the people in SSR.
And as "Agent Carter" ends, its Season 1 Episode 8 teases some top secret revelations about Peggy and Stark's rage-inducing invention after the plot was recently leaked online, Breathe Cast revealed. Stark will also play a huge role in the series' finale episode while Peggy fights USSR spy Dottie Underwood and the rest of the Soviet secret agency, the Leviathan.
"Peggy faces the full fury of Leviathan, as Howard Stark makes his return in the explosive season finale of "Marvel's Agent Carter," the official synopsis reads.
Meanwhile, the show's executive producer Michele Fazekas revealed some major scoops about Marvel's "Agent Carter" Season 1 Episode 8 in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. As said by Fazekas, the finale will offer a "satisfying confrontation between Peggy and Dottie" and "the immediate problem with Leviathan" has been dealt with.
Though Fazekas did not say anything about the show's renewal for season 2, she teased about the possible ending for Marvel's "Agent Carter" Season 1 Episode 8 titled, "Valediction."
"There are a couple of things that are very nicely resolved in both the case and Peggy's personal life, but there are loose ends that are very obvious that could play in future seasons," Fazekas stated.
