How Much Is Frank Gore’s Net Worth Amidst Philadelphia Eagles Contract Signing Reports?

Frank Gore, an NFL free-agent running back, has an estimated net worth that has a range of $10 million to $26 million. He is currently making some buzz in the sports realm after it was reported that he finally decided to leave San Francisco 49ers after 10 years. Once free agency starts, Gore is set to sign a deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The new three-year contract with Philadelphia Eagles will definitely increase Frank Gore's net worth. According to USA Today, the 31-year-old veteran running back who usually earns $5 million annually will be guaranteed to receive $7.5 million in the first season when free agency opens Tuesday.

Frank Gore, who will turn 32 this May, is expected to sign the contract this week, Yahoo! Sports revealed. He has played his entire 10-year career with the 49ers. In the past four seasons, Gore has rushed for at least 1,000 yards.

Aside from an increasing net worth value, Frank Gore will also fill the spot that starter LeSean McCoy vacated. The Washington Post reported McCoy was traded in a blockbuster deal last week to the Buffalo Bills for linebacker Kiko Alonso.

Philadelphia Eagles' three-year contract seemed to be a good news for Frank Gore's career and net worth since the market for running backs is currently picking up. While the Buffalo Bills were willing to take on McCoy's $10.25 million contract, Marshawn Lynch is returning to the Seattle Seahawks for $12 million. Additionally, the Minnesota Vikings is apparently ready to keep Adrian Peterson at $12.75 million while New Orleans Saints offered Mark Ingram a four-year, $16-million deal.

Although Frank Gore's 10-year career with the San Francisco 49ers has been prolific, Bleacher Report learned that the team did not give the veteran the opportunity to be more productive, thus he decided to move to the Eagles. And leaving 49ers is perhaps the best move for Gore as well, since his place in the first-team offense is a little more secure.

In 2010, Frank Gore failed to reach his 1,000-yard threshold when he missed five games because of a broken hip injury. However, the five-time Pro Bowler is still considered an excellent pass protector, ESPN reported.

Meanwhile, Celebrity Net Worth listed Frank Gore's wealth to be $10 million but The Richest reported it to be $26 million in 2012. But regardless of how much Gore's exact fortune would be, one thing is sure - the three-year contract deal with Philadelphia Eagles will definitely increase his multimillion net worth value.
