On Monday, Apple introduced its new 15-inch MacBook Pro featuring all flash storage, quad-core processors, and the real star of the show, its Retina display.

Weighing in at 4.46 pounds the new device, but specifically its Retina display, is what's capturing the eyes of techies and pro users everywhere.

The MacBook Pro Retina display has over five million pixels, with three million more pixels than an HD television, the device is the only notebook display in the world with such high resolution.

The Retina display is able to capture a 178-degree wide viewing angle with 75 percent less reflection and 29 percent higher contrast than any other MacBook Pro ever designed. It does this through use of IPS technology.

The MacBook Pro with Retina display features 16GB of quicker 1600 MHz RAM, flash storage close to 768 GB, the most up to date Intel Core i7 quad-core processors, and Turbo Boost speeds close to 3.7 GHz.
