Those interested in contractor jobs can find open opportunities in hospitality, waste management, event services, retail, security, and traffic management.
Those who want to be more in on the action can work with the ceremonies department as access managers and volunteer performer casts.
People interested in more behind the scenes work can work with the London 2012 Organizing Committee (LOCOG), preparing venues, ticketing, helping with sports equipment, and hiring people to make the Games a success.

They hope to make change in the communities within London, with a special focus on hiring the unemployed, as "a key element of the area's regeneration."
