WWE’s Hulk Hogan Fired Over Racism Evidence — Can Pro Wrestler Survive Scandal, Gawker Rift?

World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc, apparently fired Hulk Hogan, a professional wrestler, after evidenced pointed out he exhibited racism from his supposedly uttered statements coming from leaked sealed transcripts from his lawsuit against Gawker Media, who allegedly leaked and released the celebrity's sex tape.

According to Gawker, Radar and the Enquirer have broadcasted excerpts of transcripts passed to a court in Florida, which supervised the $100 million lawsuit filed by Hulk Hogan against Gawker Media. The said transcripts — reportedly translated from the celebrity sex tape of Hulk Hogan and Heather Cole, ex-wife of one-time friend and radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.

Within the length of the sex video, the wrestling legend was reported to have discussed his daughter Brooke Bollea's personal and business relationships with a "black billionaire," who allegedly offered to provide funds for his son and for Terry Bollea aka Hulk Hogan's daughter, for her budding music career. Some of the excerpts were as follows:

"I don't know if Brooke was f*cking the black guy's son," Hulk raved, the sources add.

"I mean, I don't have double standards. I mean, I am a racist, to a point, f*cking n*ggers. But then when it comes to nice people and sh*t, and whatever."

A source claimed Hulk Hogan said, "I mean, I'd rather if she was going to f*ck some n*gger, I'd rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall n*gger worth a hundred million dollars! Like a basketball player! I guess we're all a little racist. Fucking n*gger."

It's a mystery how Radar or Enquirer secured the transcripts, which were now under legal protection of secrecy in Pinellas County, Florida. The tabloid, through Gawker, reported, "an extensive news probe uncovered five independent sources who provided the dramatic contents of the tape to this publication."

Meanwhile, in less than a few minutes after the transcripts were leaked, WWE released a statement: "WWE terminated its contract with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan),"the organization told Us Weekly in a statement on Friday, "WWE is committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide."

However, Hulk Hogan's attorney told TMZ that Hulk resigned from the organization WWE late night Thursday and NOT fired.

Meanwhile, as per Chicago Tribune, the WWE extracted most references to Hulk Hogan on its website after they had sacked the wrestling superstar, Friday.
