'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 [SPOILER ALERT]: First Episode Title LEAKED, Who Will Tie The Knot Next? Find Out Here

Buckle up "Grey's Anatomy" fans! Season 12 is coming. Get ready for another adrenaline pumping ride that will make you want to scream for more, week after week.

Production has started for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 and yet a lot of secrecy has been employed to shroud any information regarding the upcoming season. What's left for viewers were speculations about possible plotlines and casting news, but no hard rock spoilers.

Fortunately, social media was around to spoil things up. On Thursday, a "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 call sheet was leaked on Twitter and Spoiler TV was on hand to report about it. Apparently, the title for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 Episode 1 was "Sledgehammer," as per Inquisitr.

However, the revelation of the episode title further added to the frenzy of fans trying to uncover more answers. Why "Sledgehammer?" If taken into context literally or figuratively, will there be any "Grey's Anatomy" cast member who will get hit by a sledgehammer? It's unlikely that at the start of Season 12, another tragedy will befall any of the well-loved characters. Perhaps, "Sledgehammer," may refer to a dance for a couple since there is a song by the same title by Peter Gabriel.

Speaking of pair ups, there were three relationships hanging by a balance in Season 11. What's in store for these couples in "Grey's Anatomy " Season 12?

Jackson ended "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 with an ultimatum for April, telling her that if she pushed through with her plans to work overseas, then it's the end of their marriage. April's decision was left unanswered last season, so it's another plotline to watch out for.

Another tandem who was not categorized yet was Amelia and Owen's. The two got together toward the last remaining episodes and Owen was around to provide a shoulder to cry on for Amelia when Derek passed away. Will their relationship progress or will be put out as referenced by episode 1 title "Sledgehammer."

Last couple would be Alex and Jo. The couple was in a good place with Jo asking Alex to purchase a loft with her and they had admitted their love to one another. They have been in a terrific relationship for awhile; maybe it's time to shake things up for a change.

According to Ecumenical News, Camilla Luddington, 31, who portrays Jo talked to The Hollywood Reporter and dished out details on her thoughts about "Jolex", "As for next season, toward end of the season, I'd love for Alex and Jo to be engaged. They've jumped over a lot of hurdles in their relationship. I was waiting to break them up! I feel like if they're going to continue in this direction that would be nice if they got married and at some point down the line even had kids."

Meanwhile, as per TVLine, they shared a list of what they hoped would happen in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12.

  1. After a year of grieving for her husband, will Meredith be back in the dating ball game? Hopefully not; better focus on the kids and work and of course her person, Alex Karev.

  2. Maybe, Arizona and Callie could move on with their lives and hook up with others. Season 11 was an emotional period for them, so best pick up the pieces.

  3. Again, will Alex and Jo level up their status, if not bring in Katherine Heigl's Izzie back to shake things up?

  4. Seeing Jackson Avery smile would be a breather. The guy lost so much too in Season 11.

  5. Dr. Herman (Geena Davis) would be welcomed if she visits Grey Sloan, this time around without her sights.

  6. Stephanie could handle a guy or two; her relationship was on a lull since breaking up with Dr. Avery.

  7. Mama Avery (Debbie Allen) will be gladly received if ever she popped in unexpectedly.

  8. Christina was sorely missed; so yes, viewers would love to see her back even for just a short period.

  9. Lastly, a battle between Bailey and Kepner would be awesome to watch. Both feisty and good with what they do, who will be Chief of Surgery?

All questions will be dealt with when "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 airs on ABC on Sept. 24, 2015.
