Henry Cavill Girlfriend News — "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor Henry Cavill has finally dispeled the incessant rumors regarding his involvement in the upcoming erotic thriller, "Fifty Shades Darker." The 31-year-old Brit hunk revealed that he's not playing the role of Anastasia Steele's publishing boss Jack Hyde in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel.
Henry Cavill, who reportedly has no girlfriend, previously teased "Fifty Shades" fans after he was asked about the possibility of appearing in "Fifty Shades Darker." During "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." interview, he gave a cryptic answer that sent the online realm and "Fifty Shades" fans into frenzy while rumors went into overdrive. And co-actor Armie Hammer was apparently left baffled by his statement.
"Basically what I can say is I can't say anything about it right now," Cavill coyly told E! News.
Recently, however, Cavill admitted that his cryptic response was just a joke.
"I'm not in 'Fifty Shades of Grey.' I'm for real. I'm just messing with everyone," Cavill told USA Today's Entertain This. "I thought I'd give everyone a go and then tell everyone the truth a moment later. It's not going to change. I'm going to do something like this again in the future and make a real social experience out of it."
Meanwhile, Henry Cavill, who broke up with his 21-year-old girlfriend Marisa Gonzalo in February as E! News reported, has once revealed that he has three wishes, one of which is to be able to find the woman of his dreams and be married.
"For my family to be fully content and happy with life, to have a wonderful marriage and to be happy and successful myself," Cavill said about his desires in life, HenryCavill.org quoted. As for the future, he confessed, "In an ideal world, I'd find the woman of my dreams and be married. But isn't that everyone's perfect plan?"
Despite being the "Man of Steel," Henry Cavill has had trouble holding down a relationship. In fact, he was previously engaged to English equestrienne Ellen Whitaker and has been in an on-and-off relationship with his former girlfriend Gina Carano. Unfortunately, those relationships did not last long.
"It takes a strong woman to be with me because I'm always hopping around, and not always there," he said, "It's really tough."
Additionally, Cavill's most recent relationship with 21-year-old animal hunter Marisa Gonzalo didn't last long either. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, rumors have it that Henry Cavill dumped his girlfriend after she allegedly leaked their vacation photos online.
