Singer Rihanna, a native of Barbados, returned to her roots and celebrated Kadooment Day. The "Umbrella" hitmaker joined the parade in the annual carnival of the Caribbean island, wearing a few pieces of fabric and strategically placed gems that hugged her breast. Not to forget, her elaborate feathered head piece that framed her beautiful face, according to reports from Times Live.
Zulu International designer Lauren Austin designed the two-piece costume that Riri wore. She has also worn another design by Austin in 2013 — a bra top and skimpy thong surrounded with shimmering beads and fishnet stockings.
Fast forward 2015, Rihanna once again stunned the crowd in a sexy attire of gold and blue hues. The Grammy award-winning singer rocked her carnival costume and even posted several photos on her Instagram account.
Aside from the crowd who was giving Rihanna loads of attention, a prominent figure was at her side throughout the whole parade. Wonder who it is? None other than Formula One Champion Lewis Hamilton.
According to Daily Mail, Hamilton posted a photo on Instagram showing him with Coco, his two-year-old pet bulldog enjoying paddle boarding on the island of Barbados.
The 30-year-old race car driver seemed to enjoy the moment after the revelry and merriment from the Caribbean island’s Kadooment Day, which is a commemoration for the termination of the sugar cane harvest. The event is traditionally observed with dancing, drinking and of course street partying.
Speculations that the F1 star and Rihanna are dating ran high because of his presence in the latter’s native island. Photos that surfaced on the net showed the two popular celebrities enjoying the festivities.
Hamilton will return to the F1 Grid in about two weeks and will travel to Spa-Francorchamps on Aug, 21-23 for the Belgium Grand Prix. Rihanna’s rumored new beau leads over Nico Rosberg by 21 points in the Drivers’ Championship.
Meanwhile, Riri love life was put into question, as per E! News, because the sexy singer has been seen dating different gents. Lewis Hamilton and Karim Benzema, a Real Madrid player, have both been linked to Rihanna’s name.
A source revealed, "Rihanna is dating now and she hasn't put a label on anyone."
"She is still talking to Karim but she is also talking to Lewis and keeping her options open. She is not at any point in her life now ready to settle just for anyone but she is enjoying the time she has with her friends and also focusing on work," the source further revealed.
