Is Ronda Rousey Playing Captain Marvel? UFC 190 Bethe Correia Defeater Expresses Desire To Play Heroine

Ultimate Fighting Champion Ronda Rousey has expressed her desire to play Miss Marvel in a movie.

According to Comicbook.com, the UFC 190 Bethe Correia defeater was asked by a Reddit user if which among the superheroes she would love to portray, Ronda Rousey confessed, "A lot of the good ones have been taken, but I'd like to vie for Miss Marvel!"

Although, the fighter turned actress said "Miss Marvel," she probably meant Carol Danvers aka "Captain Marvel," who has an upcoming movie for 2018 with Marvel Studios.

There's confusion between Miss Marvel and Captain Marvel, but the explanation was, Carol Danvers went by the pet name Miss Marvel for years before taking on the official identity of Captain Marvel in 2012.

Well, it seemed like there's nothing that Ronda Rousey can't accomplish these days. After her recent win in a UFC match against Bethe Correia that lasted for only 34 seconds, she is set to star in a movie project based on her own life called "My Fight/Your Fight."

She will portray herself in a story that will reveal her rise to glory, beginning from her 2008 Olympic judo stint in Beijing that gave her a bronze medal up to her  journey in the UFC ultimately leading to her achievement as champion, as per FOX Sports.

Ronda Rousey has already added her Hollywood fame to her list of triumphs. As per IMDb, Rowdy first appeared in the big screen via "Expendables 3" in 2014 opposite Sly Stallone, Jason Statham, Kellan Lutz, Randy Couture, Wesley Snipes and Mel Gibson. She then moved on to star opposite Vin Diesel and the gang and had an awesome fight scene with Michelle Rodriguez — in an elegant evening gown — in "Fast and Furious 7."

How about you guys? Do you think Ronda "Rowdy" Rousey will make an awesome Captain Marvel?
