Michael Clarke Duncan: “Green Mile” Star Hospitalized in Los Angeles After Heart Attack

Michael Clarke Duncan, best known for his role in "The Green Mile," sufferend a heart attack early Friday and has been hospitalized in Los Angeles.

According to the Washington Post, Publicist Joy Fehily said in a brief email statement that the 54-year-old "suffered a myocardial infarction."

She also said that his heart rate has stabilized and he is expected to make a full recovery.

TMZ reported that Duncan's actress-girlfriend, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, discovered the former bodyguard in distress at about 2 a.m. Friday in his Los Angeles area home and revived him by performing CPR, but Fehily would not confirm that.

Stallworth has made appearances on TV shows like, "Fear Factor," and "Girls Behaving Badly." Her controversial behavior made her face well-known in America, when she was on "The Apprentice" in 2004. She was even named by E! as reality TV's No. 1 bad girl.

In addition to "The Green Mile," Duncan has also appeared in the films "The Scorpion King," ''Armageddon," ''The Whole Nine Yards," ''Breakfast of Champions," and "Sin City."
