Hayek claimed one of the women said in an email, "I know where her daughter will be. How much is her life worth?" TMZ has learned.
Liana Philippon and Odette Bodagh were ordered by Superior Court Judge M.D. Fried to stay 100 yards away from Hayek and her family and stop any activities to impersonate her, the Associated Press reported.
A hearing is scheduled on Sept. 4, to make the restraining order permanent.
