Mariah Carey has been enjoying her newfound relationship with Australian billionaire James Packer for quite some time now.
This summer, the couple cruised the Mediterranean on board the Arctic P., Packer's yacht valued at $50 million. The couple brought along their respective children as they disembarked Sunday off the shores of Ibiza, Spain. Moroccan and Monroe, Mariah's four-year-old twins from Nick Cannon enjoyed a casual afternoon with the billionaire's kids from Erica Baxter with whom he was previously married.
Mariah, 45, was dressed in an all black ensemble paired with sexy stilettos assisted by security personnel as she walked down the boat while she was wearing her headphones. James Packer on the other hand was garbed in casual jeans and T-shirt not showing any inkling that he has a fat bank account.
According to Daily Mail, the "Dreamlover" hitmaker was said to been "aggressively" pursued by Australia's top 4 richest man after their mutual friend, filmmaker Brett Ratner introduced them. The couple has since then become inseparable and so smitten with each other that, allegedly, a wedding could happen soon.
Mariah reportedly welcomed the idea of being married again as soon as her divorce to Nick Cannon would become official.
According to TMZ, a source said, "He's [Packer] already told her he wants to marry her, sooner rather than later."
Relatively, fans of the Grammy Awards winner were treated to the sight of the singer posing happily to the camera which she posted on her Instagram account — in a revealing shot of her ample cleavage.
Mariah captioned the photo: "I can stand up once again on my own ... #NTT #obviouslyitrainedtoday #mariahcarey."
The sultry pose of the singer had fans gushing about her sexy figure and has been liked 43,000 times on the social media app, as per Express.
Meanwhile, "Empire" series creator, Lee Daniels has already revealed that the diva will appear on his hit Fox series but information about what her role will be was scarce. This time, he disclosed his plans on how to make use of Mariah Carey on his show. He said to The Hollywood Reporter, "They are writing something specifically for her. I don't know [if she's playing herself] but she doesn't want to. I sort of want her to because I want to have fun with her playing herself."
"I torture her, so what other things can we do together creatively that we haven't done? Her playing herself and almost making fun of herself could be fun. We'll see."
KMBZ reported, despite the "Emotions" singer's notoriety of being late, Daniels has added that he anticipates working with Mariah again.
"I don't know her to be tardy. For me, she's on time. I know that she's notorious for it but I don't know that side of her," said Daniels in reference to the diva.
"If we're having dinner, she's on time. If we're having lunch, she's on time. She doesn't have breakfast. And if we're on set, she's on time. I'm so looking forward to her coming on 'Empire.'"
Mariah Carey and Lee Daniels have previously worked together on "Tennessee" in 2008, "Precious" in 2009 and "The Butler" in 2013.
