'American Idol' Alum Constantine Maroulis Breaks Restraining Order By Sending An Email To Ex Angelina Reed [SHOCKING]

"American Idol" season 4 alum Constantine Maroulis was arrested for the second time this week after he made the mistake of sending an email to ex-girlfriend and "Rock of Ages" co-star Angelina Reed last Sunday, therefore violating the restraining order filed by the latter against him.

Reed's attorney, Steve Mandel, told People that, "The initial argument started when Reed confronted Mr. Maroulis with photos and emails she found proving he was continuing an affair with a married mother of a child at their daughter's school."

According to Fox News, the thirty-nine year old Maroulis burst in rage, started pulling Reed's hair and threw her onto the floor. While she was helplessly lying on the floor, Maroulis kicked her twice in the groin which prompted her to lock up inside their bedroom and call 911. Maroulis then left their home but the authorities were forced to arrest him eventually upon seeing the injuries sustained by Reed.

The Broadway actor has won an order of protection against Reed who was forced to leave the home they shared. The latter lashed back by filing a restraining order against the actor which the court granted immediately following the assault that occurred, Philly.Com reported.

Maroulis violated said restraining order upon mistakenly including his 34 year-old ex-girlfriend in the list of his contacts to whom he intended to send an email, Howard Bragman, the actor's rep, clarified.

Bragman furthered that it was not Maroulis' intention to violate the no-contact ruling of the court and that it was Reed who has shown aggression toward the actor. Maroulis even left their home on the day of said incident in order to avoid attacks from his ex who threw her fists at the actor after he broke up with her.

Reed's lawyer countered such allegations by inciting that Maroulis' rep failed to mention anything about the injuries sustained by her client.
