Kris Humphries Mocks Kim Kardashian's New Man Kanye West, After Agreeing to $24M Nets Contract

Kris Humphries got the last laugh on Twitter after taking a jab at Kim Kardashian's new boyfriend Kanye West, following the player's $24 million deal with Jay-Z's Brooklyn Nets.

The NBA star mocked West on Twitter Tuesday referencing the rapper's hit single "Way Too Cold". Humphries tweeted, "I'm up at Brooklyn! @S_C_'lucky I didn't have Jay drop me from the team' lol!"

The tweet comes after West had mentioned Humphries on his single saying, "Luckily I ain't had Jay drop him from the team."

West even dedicated a short part of the song to Kim saying, "And I admit I fell in love with Kim around the same time she fell in love with him."

Upon knowledge of his staying with the Nets, Humphries used this as an opportunity to show West that he wouldn't let his lyrical diss go unnoticed. Humphries made sure to mention Jay-Z's Twitter handle "@S_C_" while doing so.

Despite the rivalry between Humphries and West, Humphries has no real worries as he has negotiated a two-year $24 Million deal to return to the Nets.

Nets general manager Billy King said, "Kris has been a very consistent player for us over the past two years. He has developed into one of the top rebounding forwards in the league, and we are very pleased to welcome him back."
