Jennifer Lawrence UPDATE: 5 Flicks To Look Forward To After 'Mockingjay: Part 1'



Jennifer Lawrence's portrayal of Tiffany opposite Bradley Cooper's Pat earned her an Oscar, a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Actress Performance. Since then, JLaw rose to prominence, but, her role as Katniss Everdeen in Suzanne Collins' "The Hunger Games" catapulted her even more and enabled her to join the roster of Hollywood A-Listers.

  1. "The Rosie Project" — Not much details have been released by the film yet but Jennifer Lawrence will play the role of Rosie Jarman. As per IMDb, the movie directed by Richard Linklater is about the adventures of a university professor who has yet to find his luck in love. As a result, he created a detailed questionnaire in an attempt to find a wife.

  2. "It's What I Do" — Jennifer Lawrence takes the lead role as Lynsey Addario, a wartime photographer held captive in 2011 by the Libyan Army. Fans have mixed reactions about her being chosen for the role, as per IMDb.

  3. "Mockingjay: Part 2" — JLaw will reprise her role as District 12's Hunger Games victor Katniss Everdeen. The finale to the "The Hunger Games" series, Katniss will take down President Snow together with her allies. The movie will hit theaters on Nov. 20, 2015. Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, "Game of Thrones" stars Natalie Dormer and Gwendoline Christie, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks and Donald Sutherland also star in the final part of the trilogy.

  4. "X-Men: Apocalypse" - the 25-year-old actress will suit up as Raven aka Mystique in the continuation of Marvel's "X-Men" franchise.
