After the horrific and gruesome premiere of "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 1, the succeeding episodes are expected to deliver more intense and bloody scenes. As "The Walking Dead" prequel delves deeper into the growing civil unrest in Los Angeles, what will happen next?
In the opening stages of the zombie apocalypse, Los Angeles has been placed under the spotlight. According to E! News, "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 1 Episode 2 will continue with Madison Clark (Kim Dickens) and Travis Manawa (Cliff Curtis), after they spotted a zombie and accepted the fact that they exist. In the upcoming episode, Madison and her student Tobias (Lincoln A. Castellanos) will loot supplies from the school. However, it might end well since they have to adapt to their current situation as soon as possible.
As things in "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 1 Episode 2 entitled "So Close, Yet So Far" kicks off in the same confusion left during the 90-minute pilot episode, International Business Times revealed that Nick (Frank Dillane), who had escaped the hospital where he was treated for drug use, Madison and Travis have encountered a zombie for the first time. While Los Angeles is officially wise to the zombie outbreak following a video release of a police encounter of an alleged infected person on the highway.
Moreover, "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 1 Episode 2 will be dealing with Nick and his drug addiction. But keeping him healthy and alive will surely be a struggle to Madison. Aside from Nick, fans might also find Travis doing anything to find his son Chris (Lorenzo James Henrie), who's a resentful teenager as Los Angeles Times noted, before the impending collapse of Los Angeles' civilization.

In "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 1 Episode 2 trailer, which is embedded below, depicts more disarray are expected after just one episode. It also shows Madison's reunion with Tobias in an abandoned high school. Together they appear to be stealing as much goods as possible before stumbling upon Art (Scott Lawrence), who might be a zombie.
Meanwhile, "Fear of Walking Dead" producers have said it will take two seasons before the zombie apocalypse of "The Walking Dead." So, catch "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 1 Episode 2 on Sunday, Aug. 30, at 9 p.m. on AMC.
