Amazon Prime TV will be releasing some shows on Sept. 1. While many series and movie fanatics, especially members of Amazon Prime, are already anticipating this event, there are some who still have a little idea of what this is all about.

1.     What is Amazon Prime TV?

This is a part of Amazon Prime Instant Video, which is streaming -video section of Amazon Prime. Just like Netflix and Hulu Plus, Amazon offers streaming of TV shows and movies — some are free, some are being rented and purchased.

2.     Amazon Prime Subscription is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.

Subscribing to Prime will give a customer a lot of savings in using this service. Amazon Prime Instant video offers around 150,000 videos, and about 40,000 of which are accessible for unlimited streaming with subscription.
