Katy Perry is showing off her new ride at the Burning Man Festival. Perry recently posted on her Instagram on what appears to be her riding a Segway.
Unfortunately, her Segway riding skills are not yet fully developed, which resulted into her producing hilarious results.
According to Vulture.com, the "Fireworks" pop singer was attending the festival when she decided to show-off her Segway skills, while wearing something reminiscent of "Mad Max: Fury Road."
As reported by HollywoodLife, the "Roar" singer spun around in tight circles. However, she turned a little too tightly and lost her footing on her ride. But to show she's not over yet, with one leg still on the Segway, Perry attempted to recover but still failed.
She jumped off completely and to make things funnier, the pop star had to chase her Segway after it ran off on its own.
The singer then uploaded the whole thing on her social media for all of her fans to see. The Burning Man Festival is held in Nevada's Black Rock City, which was reported to have intense winds this year, resulting into sand storms making Segway riding a little bit difficult.
Making fun of her daughter's mishap, Katy Perry's father also uploaded a video of him riding a Segway. Earlier on Monday, Perry uploaded a clip of her dad, Keith Hudson showing her how to properly ride one, E! Online has learned.
Katy Perry was reported to go straight back to work once she goes back to civilization. Perry aims to topple the 25-year-old Taylor Swift as the current favorite pop star.
Sources say that “Katy is biding her time, but she is working behind the scenes, writing songs and working with producers, getting ready for 2016." The source added, “She wants to outsell and outshine Taylor in 2016.”
