Justin Bieber must be in cloud nine these past few days. His latest single “What Do You Mean” debuted at number 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Chart. Beliebers awaited what would be ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez’s reaction and she did not disappoint.
Hollywood Life reported Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez despite breaking up almost a year ago have utmost respect for each other, most especially in their music career.
A source confirmed that the Disney alum has listened to the music and liked it. “She is happy for him, but is not surprised [at the song’s success] because she knows he is super talented so she only expects good music from him."
That’s must have cheered the Canadian singer since Selena was in a way to have been part of the video. How was she part of the video? No, she did not appear in a cameo role but instead her name “Selena” was clearly written and visible in a graffiti on the wall that served as the background of the sexy music video. Justin Bieber himself vehemently denied that he placed the name of his ex-girlfriend on the wall and said, “That wasn’t me who did that.” But, he does not deny that the name existed. What’s more interesting about the presence of “Selena” was the words “hope” and “love” displayed near the name.
Does it mean he still has feelings for Selena or he has not moved on after their breakup? Should Jelena shippers have a reason to celebrate?
According to E! News, Justin Bieber is currently single and not involved with anyone. He opened up to hosts Kylie and Jackie O of the Australian radio show about his present status and revealed that he wants to take his time before getting involved with someone because he’s still in a daze from his past relationship with Selena Gomez.
The 21-year-old confessed, "I haven't been in a relationship for a while now. I'm chillin', just hanging out and being by myself."
The pop star did not mean he’s closing his doors on relationship. Justin Bieber revealed he’s a “relationship type guy.”
"I love to be in love, and I love cuddling," and added, "I love all that stuff, but I got my heartbroken, so I'm just trying to let that heal up," as per PerezHilton.com.
Well, perhaps Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez might get back together again as both talented singers are presently single and unattached.
