Ronda Rousey is the most dominant women MMA fighter right now and went recently to "Ellen" to show why.
Serving as a guest to Ellen Dengeneres' beloved talk show, the current UFC Women's Champion demonstrated what she can do to one "Ellen" staffer.
As reported by ESPN, Rousey showed some of her signature MMA moves to a hapless staff of the show. Immediately after the demonstration, the poor staff clearly regretted his decision.
But before the hilarious show of skill, she first was interviewed by Ellen Degeneres. During her interview on the show, she talked about her career, her book and being emotional.
Known for her tough image, she revealed that she cries all the time during fight week saying, "You're so amped up and it's like every emotion that you could possibly have, it happens during that week."
Rousey also claimed that currently, she is the highest paid fighter in the UFC, which may prompt a reaction from her UFC peers and the media.
Rousey is currently doing rounds of interviews as reported by the Daily Mail, she also recently spoke on "The Project" in Australia.
Many of Rousey's supporters claim that with her fighting skills and tough demeanor, she can easily match a man in a ring.
Speaking regarding that matter, Rousey doused those claims and said that she will never step into the ring with a man and said, "I don't think, as a professional sport, we can have situation where an entire stadium is cheering about a man hitting a woman."
As reported by MMA Fighting, Rousey also spoke at the UFC 193 press conference in Australia, the location of her upcoming fight.
During the press conference, Rousey criticized the Nevada Athletic Commision for banning Nick Diaz for five years, due to a failed drug test for marijuana.
"It's so not right for him to be suspended five years for marijuana," Rousey said. "I'm against them testing for weed at all. It's not a performance-enhancing drug. It has nothing to do with athletic competition. It's only tested for political reasons. They say, 'Oh, it's only for your safety to keep you from hurting yourself because you're out there.' Why don't they test for all of the other things that could possibly hurt us?"
