"Real Housewives of Orange County" Season 10 Episode 16 airs on Bravo TV tonight. And here are the things you can expect to see from the brand new episode. Warning: major spoilers ahead.

"Real Housewives of Orange County" Season 10 Episode 16 continues with Shannon Beador's Aries themed party where Vicki Gunvalson and boyfriend Brooks Ayers leaving the revelry early, leaving the other wives to question Brooks' attitude and Vicki's participation. Plus, Heather Dubrow and Terry clash over a draft for the new house, while Tamra Judge shows son Ryan's new home in the OC. Meanwhile, host Shannon begins having doubts with her friendship with Vicki, as per Bravo TV.

Riot Housewives dished that "Real Housewives of Orange County" Season 10 Episode 16 will see the other ladies continue with their prying into Vicki Gunvalson boyfriend's cancer therapy. Vicki has been hard hit in Season 10 with the unexpected death of her mother. Add to that the fact that her so-called friends are thinking that boyfriend Brooks may not be telling the truth about his cancer.

Aside from that, "Real Housewives of Orange County" Season 10 Episode 16 can be expected to be centered on challenging Vicki Gunvalson about the authenticity of Brooks Ayers cancer diagnosis. It was first challenged by Meghan King Edmonds and now it looks like the rest of the cast of "RHOC" are asking for the truth to come out. Even Shannon Beador, Vicki Gunvalson's latest BFF is starting to have suspicions of her own on why Brooks Ayers is not setting an appointment to any of the world-renowned physicians she had recommended to see.

In a teaser clip, Heather Dubrow asks Vicki Gunvalson point blank, "Who is lying?!" Next to confront the 10-year-cast member is Tamra Judge, who notifies her that she's going to reveal all that the other ladies have been discussing about her and her boyfriend's cancer diagnosis.

Meanwhile, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Rinna makes an appearance as she hangs out with Heather Dubrow for dinner.

TV Guide revealed that "Real Housewives of Orange County" Season 10 Episode 16 is entitled "Suspicious Minds."
