Microsoft Lumia 550 photos were leaked yesterday, and the pics have confirmed that just like the previous smartphones of the Redmond, Washington-headquartered tech company, it will also come in different color variations.

According to WMPowerUser if there's anything the newly leaked photos of the Microsoft Lumia 550 proves it's the fact that the new smartphone will have four color versions — black, white, bright blue and bright red.

The Lumia 550 is going to be one of Microsoft's first Windows 10-running smartphones, and it is slated to be unveiled to the public early next month, specifically on Oct. 6.

Despite being an entry-level smartphone from Microsoft, the new Lumia handset is reportedly packing a lot of good stuff for its size and price.

The device is expected to come with a 4.7-inch 720p display, and as per Engadget, the Lumia 550 will come with a Snapdragon 210 processor and LTE data. The smartphone has 8GB in-built memory, but users can add more since it has a slot for storage expansion.

The cameras of the device are fairly decent. There's a 5-megapixel rear-facing snapper and for selfies, the Lumia phone has a 2-megapixel shooter.

In addition, GSMArena has learned that the Microsoft smartphone's processor is clocked at 1.1 GHZ with a quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU. The LTE support is also a delight since it is capable of up to 150Mbps download speeds and 50Mbps upload speeds.

Finally, the Lumia 550 will have 1GB of RAM, and it is reportedly getting a 1,905 mAh battery. The device is also expected to come with Windows 10 Mobile out of the box.

Previous rumors suggested that the upcoming handset is going to sport a 5-inch touchscreen display, but now the rumor mill is pointing at a 4.7-inch AMOLED screen instead.
