The Nike LeBron XIII, LeBron James' latest signature sneaker, was unveiled and it's exactly what a player of his caliber would wear.
As reported by Sports Illustrated, the Nike LeBron XIII was revealed last Sunday and it coincides with LeBron's 13th season as a player in the NBA. Featuring the latest technology from Nike, LeBron XIII is expected to perform on both the hardwood and blacktop basketball courts.
According to Slam Online, the Nike LeBron XIII features a breathable mesh and a zoned Hyperposite material that creates a custom fit to the wearer. The mesh upper hugs the foot while Nike's flywire technology cables provides an adaptive, and natural fit that creates excellent lockdown on the foot.
Built for LeBron James' explosive type of play, the Hyperposite material is being billed by Nike to give zoned impact protection to the wearer. And similar to his previous sneaker, the Nike LeBron XIII will again feature a Zoom Air Cushioning that provides comfort, impact protection and unparalleled responsiveness.
Arguably Nike's most high-tech sneaker to date, the newest LeBron sneaker evolves the size and placement of the hexagonal Nike Zoom Air units that debuted in the LeBron 12.
As versatile as ever, the Nike LeBron XIII will be available in a myriad of colorways that makes it look good both on the streets and on the courts.
According to Footwear News, the colorway, named "Written in the Stars," is the first model of the LeBron XIII expected to be released in stores. It will first debut in China on October 1 then followed shortly by its international release on October 10.

However, the NIKEiD version of the shoe will be available as early as Sept. 30 and on Oct. 27, the Cleveland Cavaliers "Away" colorway will be released. Just in time for the Cavs' match against the Chicago Bulls.
The Nike LeBron XIII will have retail price of $200.
