“The Big Bang Theory” is getting more explosive as spoilers revealed that things will go quickly between Sheldon and Amy that they will finally engage into some lovemaking session. Prior that, however, fans shall see how the two will rekindle their romance with help from The Beach Boys!
It seems that the moment everyone's been waiting for since Season 9 started is going to happen in the upcoming episode of CBS's geeky drama. The stars are finally aligning in episode 10 since Sheldon and Amy are going to get back together as boyfriend and girlfriend, International Business Times has learned.
Unfortunately, fans will have to wait a little longer since the show is still on hiatus and is not airing episode 10 this Thursday. Instead, the show is set to air the new episode next Thursday, Dec. 10.
Jim Parsons's character and Mayim Bialik's character are finally rekindling their ended-too-soon romance in episode 10, entitled "The Earworm Reverberation." It can be noted that the last time they were together, things didn't go well with Amy breaking up with Sheldon in the finale of the eighth season.
In episode 9, fans saw Amy telling Sheldon that she wanted to be his girlfriend once again. But Sheldon protected his heart from Amy, according to Realty Today. He even told Amy, "I excel at many things but getting over you wasn't one of them. I think I need to be just your friend."
However, in episode 10, things will change after Sheldon realizes that Amy is the "earworm in his heart." It will also help that Sheldon will hear a song from The Beach Boys when he pays a visit to Amy. The song will make him realize how much Amy means to him.
Many would surely be over-the-moon happy for this reunion between the two. However, something bigger is going to happen soon, and it's very unexpected from the reunited lovers.
CBS already dropped the shocker on its official site, and it has something to do with taking things to the next level. That's right, fans can expect to see Amy and Sheldon engaging in coitus in the coming 11th episode.
The episode is set to air on Dec. 17, and executive producer Steve Molaro has this to say: "After over five years of dating, we felt the time was right for Sheldon and Amy to finally consummate their relationship, and we're so excited for the audience to see the journey over the next several episodes."
