Valkyria Chronicles for PS4 Coming Soon in the US

Valkyria, a re-mastered version, is soon to be launched in the United States. This was recently announced by SEGA, the video game's developer.

The original intent is that this latest version will only be available in Japan. But its western version is now slated to be released in the spring of 2016. The game will come out in both its physical and digital format.

Fans of Valkyria may have to shell out $29.99 for a copy, with Physical Squad 7 Armored Editions to be available in limited quantities on a pre-order basis.

The game will still have all the previous features of the DLC or downloadable content, contained in the PS3 version, without any additional cost.

According to IGN, if a customer buys the physical edition of this game, he will also be given an armored case, for free. Included in the DLC of the game are Edy's Mission, the Challenge of Edy Detachment, Selvaria's Mission and the Hard EX Mode.

It appears that Sega's release of this re-mastered version is a bit premature since it is still less than a decade when it was launched. However, it is not quite early too and not like some other games that actually have had only HD makeovers.

Actually, the HD re-mastered first game HD on the PS4 have led Valkyria gamers to the current release and gave them some kind of a primer on how the new game works.

But in the current version, there will be a new story and new characters. Additionally, the actual combat sequences for the Azure Revolution have changed almost entirely.

There will be not much degradation in the graphics of the new Valkyria Chronicles because it runs at 1080p and 60 fps. The video resolution will be just like most HD movies available today, if not even better.
