Fans around the world have been listening to Zayn Malik's recently dropped single Pillowtalk with Gigi Hadid by his side. While listeners have been gushing over his newest hit, Harry Styles has something to say about it.
Malik's former One Direction bandmate Harry Styles apparently is not liking the tune of his track.
Styles expressed that the title of the song is "Pillowtalk" because it puts people to sleep, an internal source told Hollywood Life in an exclusive. Styles allegedly is not impressed with the former band member's first attempt at a solo career.
The source also indicated that Styles thinks "...that it is as good as anything that 1D has done with or without Zayn."
Fans have indicated that this may be just a pain point between the two ever since Malik separated from 1D.
However, latest reports have confirmed that Harry Styles may be taking the same steps Malik has.
The British singer has reportedly cut ties with One Direction's management and signed on with CAA.
"The 1D thing just ran its course," a source revealed to Us. The announcement has shocked 1D fans world wide but stresses that the band will remain friends but members are thinking of launching their solo careers. Does that include their friendship with Malik?
Ever since Malik has launched his solo career after his stint with One Direction, they were unable to remain friends. Even citing at one point that he found Louis Tomlinson's baby adorable but he might never get an invite to see the baby.
Harry Styles may have his opinion of Malik's new single and the news of him going solo certainly rocked the 1D-verse.
