‘Dance Moms’ Host Abby Lee Miller Seeks Court’s Approval For European Tour Amid Fraud Case

"Dance Moms" host Abby Lee Miller is once again in no-hurry to defend herself amid the fraud case filed against her. In fact, Miller has recently been granted a Fourth Motion for Extension of Time to File Pretrial Motions.

Aside from the fourth extension, Abby Lee Miller, who's currently under indictment on 20 counts of fraud, is also reportedly seeking the approval of her European tour. According to Deadline, the reality show host is set to travel to the U.K., Gibraltar, Spain, France and Norway from March 14 to 31 to promote her International Dance Adventure masterclass she's offering in Manchester and Liverpool.

"Upon consideration of Defendant Abigale Lee Miller's Fourth Motion for Extension of Time to File Pretrial Motions, having been informed of the Government's consent hereto, and finding that sufficient cause exists for the requested extension to allow Defendant's counsel and the Government to resolve any potential discovery disputes and to enable Defendant's counsel to make informed decisions concerning the filing of pretrial motions, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that said Motion is granted," Judge Terrence McVerry said in a statement.

Miller's fraud case came after the 49-year-old director and owner of Reign Dance Productions has been accused of hiding over $755,000 in fees and assets in her ongoing bankruptcy case. But despite Miller's legal troubles, her "Dance Moms" show has continued to air on TV.

Unfortunately, Abby Lee Miller's fraud case can lead to a five-year imprisonment and $5 million in fines once proven guilty.

Meanwhile, speaking of Miller's show, "Dance Moms," its sixth season will soon see Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler's departure from the hit Lifetime reality show. Design & Trend noted that 13-year-old Maddie revealed over the weekend that she and her sister have already filmed their last episode on the show.

It was also reported that the poignant farewell speech of the Ziegler sisters at the NYDE competition in California will be aired on "Dance Moms" Season 6 Episode 18.

The Ziegler's departure was first reported by US Weekly. And while Mackenzie and her mom Melissa Gisoni will still be part of "Dance Moms," Maddie is expected to pursue an acting and singing career. In fact, she was recently chosen to be a part of Colin Trevorrow's upcoming film, "The Book of Henry."

"Dance Moms" Season 6 airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
